BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non- refundable deposit of 50% of the total room charge or any booking done to us, or full payment if the booking is for a single night or for a day, is required to secure the reservation. Non refundable includes unforeseen circumstances. Bookings made without deposits are at the discretion of management.
Travel conditions in accordance with the Government Covid safe guideliness which include and are not limited to:
- Travelers must be fully vaccinated
- Travelers produce a negative PCR test 72- hour prior to departure
- Travelers undertake and produce a negative PCR test 48 hours upon arrival into Fiji
- Upon arrival at the resort you must stay within the borders of the resort for 48 hours before engaging in offsite excursions, actvities and tours.
- Vehicles picking you from the aiport needs to be CFC compliant.
- Travelers will be required to follow all safety protocol instructions.

- Maintain physical distancing of 2 meters
- Ensure personal hygiene at all times
- Appropriate use of face covering
- Enhance surface sanitization
- Screening and management of persons with symptoms
- Maintain contact tracing information and must download the careFIJI app.
- Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. It takes about 20 seconds to wash hands properly
- Use a tissue for coughs and sneezes. Dispose them in the room waste bin.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- f you feel unwell, feverish or develop a cough, stay in your room. We will give you necessary advice. Do not go to the restaurant if unwell, food will be brought to your room
Fiji Entry Requirements
All travelers will be required to complete an electronic Health Visa prior to travel. The Health Visa application and requirement can be found at http://www.immigration.fj/opens in a new tab.
Requirements for guests checking in:
- Guest has to be fully vaccinated.
- Guest have to wear mask at all times when around the resort premises.
- Guest should have Care Fiji App in their smart phones for check in and check out.
- Guest have to maintain social distancing at all times.
- Upon arrival guests will need to submit a fully vaccinated card with a Photo Id for reference.
- Temperature will be taken upon arrival at the resort
HOW CAN I HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19?
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
